Returns policy
You can return any item purchased on magdabutrym.com within 14 days of the delivery date from the country the item was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface and can show no signs of wear. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item. If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:
Orders in the EU
Please contact customercare@OVA.com to receive a pre-paid return label. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and return your parcel to a drop-off point. Should you decide to make a return using your preferred courier please notify us providing your order’s number.Â
Orders outside the EU
Please notify us on customercare@OVA.com providing your order’s number, we will then issue a proforma invoice, which has to be attached to your return. Put the original invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package. Affix the proforma invoice (the one you received via email) on the outside of the package, so that all the details are easily visible.Â
Exchanges
Please note that we can only exchange a product for a different size within the same model. To check the product’s availability, please contact us at customercare@OVA.com. If the item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
